This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our conversational AI agents (including Luna, Nova, and others), or engage with our SaaS solutions. This policy complies with the DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020 and aligns with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect information to provide and improve our AI services. This includes:

  • Interaction Data: Text inputs (prompts), voice recordings, and conversation history generated when you interact with our AI agents via kiosks, mobile web, or messaging apps (WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and access times.
  • Location Data: If you use our wayfinding services within a Mall or Hotel, we may process location data to provide directions.
  • Client-Provided Data: Information provided by our enterprise clients (Hotels, Malls, Automotive dealers) to customize the AI’s knowledge base.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following specific purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To operate our AI agents and answer user queries effectively.
  • Quality Assurance & AI Training: We use anonymized conversation logs to refine our AI models. This process is conducted via manual review (Human-in-the-Loop) to identify hallucinations or inaccuracies and retrain the model for better performance.
  • Analytics: To provide our enterprise clients with aggregated reports (e.g., “Most asked questions regarding dining options”).
  • Compliance: To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service.

5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except as described below. We have signed specific Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with our core infrastructure providers to ensure they meet strict privacy standards:

  • Microsoft Azure: Our primary cloud infrastructure and LLM provider.
  • ElevenLabs: Used for high-quality voice synthesis services.
  • Enterprise Clients: If you interact with an AI agent deployed for a specific hotel or mall, conversation data is shared with that entity as the data controller.

6. International Data Transfers

Davision AI is a global entity. Your data is primarily stored on Microsoft Azure servers located in the UAE and Europe. However, depending on the specific compliance requirements of our enterprise clients, data may be stored in Azure regions within the client’s country of operation. We ensure that any cross-border transfer complies with DIFC and GDPR transfer mechanisms.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data and conversation logs for a period of 2 years (24 months) from the date of interaction. This retention period allows us to analyze seasonal trends and improve service quality over time. After this period, data is either securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

We implement enterprise-level security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Data encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
  • Strict access controls and authentication protocols.
  • Regular security audits and compliance with HIPAA and Azure Security standards.
